Exchange / Return policy

  • Due to the time, resources, love and care invested into each product, we are sorry to be unable to issue refunds on orders. However, we do provide a “store credit” with a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Returns or Exchanges will be accepted only for products that have been physically damaged during transit and for that it is mandatory to capture a video before & while opening the package. No Shipping Charges are to be paid for return of products with manufacturing defects.

  • Each & every product undergoes thorough quality check. But, if you do receive a damaged product, please let us know within 1 day of receiving your order & return the product within 2 days of receiving it. 

  • Return or Exchange requests can be processed within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please go to the order section of our website www.waawaawooo.com to register the same.

  • Fill in your details and details for the product including name of item, order ID, a brief description of the problem faced leading to return/exchange including videos or photos of the product. Please make sure that the damage is clearly visible in the photos & videos attached and approval is subject to final assessment by the owner/ team.

  • Please make sure the clothing is kept in original condition as it was sent and is unused. After your request has been approved for return/exchange, the accepted returns must be properly packed in their original packaging box and securely wrapped to avoid any further damages during transit.

  • There is a minimal return pick up charge that has to be borne by the customer in some cases. Once the charges are paid and return is approved, the order will be picked up within 3 working days. The entire exchange process takes between 10 to 15 working days. You will receive updates via email. Please note that the brand is not to be held responsible for shipping delays.

  • Our team will examine the product return request and once it is approved, the process is started for return.

  • Upon approval of your return request, we will process the refund in the form of store credit which can be used by you to make future purchases on our website.  Please note that the store credit is non transferable and has a validity of 6 months from the date of your purchase.

  • We request you to carefully go through our size chart before placing any/every order to ensure a smooth purchase.

  • Items purchased during sale or under any offer/discounted rates cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all our products are handwoven by the local artisans community. The occasional irregularities are bound to occur and would not be considered as damaged products.
