1. How many days does delivery take?

We don’t keep much product inventory and so our made-to-order model involves creating your order from scratch. The maximum time any delivery takes is 10-14 working days.

2. Are there any discounts available? 

We, as a brand, send out discount offers on special days as a treat to our valued customers. Please subscribe to our newsletter and get notifications regarding the same.

3. Do you take customized orders?

A- No, unfortunately we do not customize our products as of now. But we can surely consider it in the near future.

4. How do I exchange or return my products? 

Kindly, go through our Exchange & Returns policies. 

5. Can we modify my order? 

We are sorry to inform you that orders once placed can not be modified. If you want to cancel the order and reorder it, please connect with us on WhatsApp/Email.

6. Do you accept COD orders? 

Yes, we do accept COD orders.

7. What are the payment options?

We accept prepaid and COD orders. You can pay via Paytm, Gpay, Netbanking or any credit or debit cards.

8. Do you have any shipping charges on international/within India orders?

For orders less than Rs.1500, we charge Rs.150. Currently, we deliver pan India.

9. How do I track my order? 

Orders once placed and confirmed by us are linked to a tracking number provided by our delivery partner. You can track it on its website.

10. How many days does it take to get a refund? 

If the order has been canceled, it takes a minimum of 24 hours to get processed by us. Please give the refund a minimum of 3-4 working days to appear in your preferred mode of payment.
